is holding office hours tomorrow from 10-12.

you'd like to see them.
No solutions yet to problem sets 5, 6, or 7.
For problem set 3, so far only the solution to
problem 2 is written up (PDF
PS),
including a proof that backwards error analysis
fails for the Newton form and power form of polynomial
interpolation.
