Title: Swan Conductors and Torsion in the Logarithmic de Rham Comple

I will give a sketch of the proof of a formula in ramification theory relating the Swan conductor to the Euler characteristic of the torsion in the logarithmic de Rham complex. The formula is a logarithmic version of a theorem of S.Bloch, and the proof uses the recent work of K.Kato and T.Saito.
